We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant - Business Analyst. Reporting to the Manager, Operations Relationship Management, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mauritius and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our teamand its' growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up and maintaining static data on Vistra and Client systems under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Assist in Data cleansing on systems when required.
  • Help monitor and redirect all client and investor requests and queries to relevant Vistra teams and Vistra locations for request resolutions; assist in follow up and ensure completions of all requests and queries received.
  • Support in uploading investor reports on system for release and perform a self-review.
  • Help maintain details of work completed to support KPI reporting.
  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures and ensure adherence with relevant procedure manuals.


Key requirements:

  • Good communication skills both written and oral.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills to support data-related tasks.
  • Foundational Data Analysis skills, with a willingness to learn.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a readiness to learn Visio.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and understand complex software tools and data models under supervision.
  • Commitment to follow through on tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating reliability.
  • Good time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Have at least 6 months' experience in the financial services sector.
  • A degree in Information System/ Mathematics/ Business Administration will be an advantage.
