Global Tax Manager

This role seeks a Global Tax Manager with extensive knowledge in the International Tax field. This role will be covering multiple entities across multiple jurisdictions. You will be instrumental in the hands on delivery of Tax across the business whilst also playing a pivotal role in the Tax strategy too.

Description

• Lead and manage global tax operations within the energy and natural resources industry
• Develop tax strategies and policies that comply with international regulations
• Collaborate with senior management to identify tax-related opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry-specific tax laws and regulations
• Oversee the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors
• Ensure tax compliance across all departments and regions
• Handle tax-related queries and provide expert guidance to stakeholders

Profile

A successful 'Global Tax Manager' should have:

• CTA, ACA or ACCA qualified
• Proven experience in managing tax operations within Practice of an inhouse setting
• In-depth understanding of international tax laws and regulations
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Energy, natural resources and/or fuel sectors will be advantageous
