Senior Associate/Supervisory Senior - Internal Audit

Duties and Responsibilities
Internal Audit Planning: 

1. Risk assessment based on residual risks approach considering both quantitative and qualitative factors. 

2. Strategic Internal Audit Planning (3 years) in accordance with IIA standards.

3. Development of Audit Programs in accordance with the requirements of IIA standards 

Internal Audit Execution: 

1. Development of working papers and risk registers in accordance with the requirements of IIA

2. Specialist in Internal Audit fieldwork Execution including controls testing, spot/ surprise checks and ability to interact at the senior management level

Internal Audit Reporting:

1. Ability to draft audit reports with recommendations in line with best practices and provide practical solutions to address observations identified

2. Thoroughness and ability to explain observations and justify recommendations to the senior management  

3. Good powerpoint presentation skills with the ability to develop periodic reporting pack for Audit Committee.

4. Experience in developing policies and procedures manuals is preferred.

Qualifications & Experience:
3 to 4 years of experience, preferably experience of internal audit in an audit firm.

Ideally CIA and/ or CA/ACCA part qualified with Bachelor Degree(B.Com).

Note:

Candidates must be willing and able to travel outside Pakistan. Successful candidates will have to work from 11am to 8:00pm(Sunday to Thursday).
