Client Details
A well established organisation based in Brighton are looking to recruit a full time permanent Credit Controller.
Description
As Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with clients directly via email & telephone
- Using software to send statements
- Liaising with internally with colleagues regarding any queries
- Working out payment plans
- Resolution of customer queries and escalating as necessary
- Processing card payments
Profile
- Credit Control experience
- Excel and accounting software
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise
