You'll be an inquisitive & calculated finance professional, holding an accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW, ACA, AAT) as well as Industry experience, with a curiosity and drive that makes you unstoppable. With a keen eye for detail, you'll tackle the complexities of our business model and challenge our partners on profitability, P&L analysis, variance analysis and so-forth. You'll be the go-to guru for our Commercial Teams, guiding them through the world of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Forecasting & Reporting:

  • Lead the sales forecasting process for our stores, staying updated on internal and external factors impacting sales in the UK and Europe.
  • Business Partnering:
  • Collaborate with commercial and country planning teams, challenging forecasts and understanding key drivers. Partner with Property & Ecommerce finance to consolidate the full sales story.
  • Executive Communication:
  • Update the Senior Leadership team on Region 2 Sales plans, highlighting risks and opportunities to profit.
  • Corporate Liaison:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for Corporate on forecasts and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  • Automation & Efficiency:
  • Drive automation initiatives in sales reporting, identifying opportunities for further efficiencies and enhanced analysis.
  • Ad Hoc Support:
  • Provide support to the wider team, including Senior Finance Leadership, on various sales questions and analysis.
