The Treasury Manager or Senior Manager will be driving growth and revenue by consulting global clients with their Treasury solutions. The role involves involves consulting leading clients on SAP TRM and Kyriba related projects, end-to-end implementation, for large global Non-BFSI clients.

Description

Treasury Manager / Senior Manager, Consultancy, India (Multiple Locations)

• Help originating projects through active involvement in sales proposal development, marketing, deal scoping, deal effort and price estimation, contracting and team mobilization.
• Work with global team members and client representatives to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
• Own and drive forward the organization and configuration of client master data to serve as the basis for the Kyriba database.
• Manage India-based delivery teams to deploy the functional and technical capabilities according to design.
• Develop Proof-of-Concept models to validate new workflows, reports, etc. to support an iterative Kyriba deployment methodology through to continuous delivery to production.
• Assist client in managing PMO documentation requirements
• Serve as primary escalation point for the client
• Manage transition to Kyriba support.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Contribute to the development of the company's strategic financial objectives.
• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.

Profile

Treasury Manager / Senior Manager, Consultancy, India (Multiple Locations) - A successful 'Treasury Manager / Senior Manager' should have:

• 8 to 16 years of overall experience in a consulting environment focusing on treasury management and solutions.
• Master's degree in Management, Chartered Accountant, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with Kyriba treasury software
• At least 4 full scale project implementations (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the Kyriba SaaS solution.
• At least 5 years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency
• Have a solid understanding of delivery methodology and participate in teams for the implementation of the solution according to the design/architecture.
• Fluent and current on standard connectivity trends and methods, including sFTP and API connectivity.
• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural standpoint.
• Experience working on multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of Treasury and other finance concepts
• Kyriba Certification - preferably Platinum or Platinum Plus
• Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight
• Experience in leading customer workshop sessions to educate customers on best practices
• Track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes
• Experience in working with a globally distributed team
• Open to top cities as a location in India, WFO/WFH.
• Candidate should come with experience with Consulting or Outsourcing industry.
