Description

Daily AR Accounting Operations:

Perform journal bookings, intercompany activities, and reconciliations.
Process, verify, and clear receivables by aligning with the business team and liaising with clients for account reconciliation.
Handle bad debt bookings and tracking.

Monthly Closing Processes:

Client Management and Credit Control:

Manage client credit limits and creditworthiness.
Monitor and analyze account receivables to identify potential issues and take corrective actions.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate and timely collection of receivables.
Communicate effectively with clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to receivables.
