Perform bank reconciliations, maintain ledgers, and handle bookkeeping tasks, Reconcile balance sheets and manage accounts payable/receivable, Handle monthly reconciliations for debtor and creditor accounts, Process financial information up to the trial balance stage and prepare financial statements, Prepare monthly/quarterly management accounts and reports, Record financial transactions by classifying them into assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses, Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies, Maintain the general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries, Reconcile GST

Wealth Management

Reconcile bank statements, Understand the investor Request, verify the documents, set up new accounts, update the details, enter the trade, Maintain highest possible accuracy, Maintain timesheet Update production counts, Ensure adherence to SLA & ensuring quality

SMSF

Accounting standards, Auditing standards, Analytical, Attention to detail, Auditing, Reading financial statements, understanding the client business, Audit planning, Materiality, Financials statement audit, Risk assertion of financials items, Performing audit on financials items like Bank, Trade Receivables, PPE, Investments, Prepayments, Trade Payables, Loan Liabilities, Provisions, Equity, Revenue, Expenses and Payroll Disclosure Reporting: Cash Flow statement preparation, Examine complex financial data, Assisting clients in compliance with respect to SMSF & in filing necessary forms from Australian tax and regulatory perspective (including individual and corporate) strong client relationships, delivering end to end SMSF services

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) or equivalent

2-4 years of accounting experience

Freshers for Wealth Management

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel essential)

Bonus Points:

Masters degree in Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or relevant professional qualification (CMA, ACCA, CA Inter)

Experience/Knowledge of Australian practices is a plus

Experience with SMSF services

NCFM/AML certifications
