Description
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive compliance program, focusing on ethics, education, training, and policy-setting. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Foster and adapt global compliance strategies and initiatives to meet local regulatory and operational needs. Stay informed of local laws and regulations affecting compliance, ensuring timely communication with headquarters on potential impacts and necessary actions.
Lead and promote Enterprise Risk Management practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build an autonomous risk management system aligned with global compliance frameworks.
Drive the implementation of Information and Document Management (IDM) systems, providing legal support in collaboration with internal legal teams and external law firms.
Manage the compliance budget, prioritizing investments in education, training, and awareness programs to embed compliance as a core value within the organization. Ensure effective use of resources to prevent non-compliance.
Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance evaluations to identify and mitigate potential risks. Develop and implement corrective action plans based on audit findings and compliance violations.
Address employee concerns regarding legal compliance, offering innovative solutions in line with applicable guidelines. Provide strategic advice and conduct business plan reviews to ensure regulatory alignment.
Foster a culture of compliance by setting the tone from the top and engaging employees throughout their onboarding process. Collaborate with human resources to integrate compliance into orientation and leadership development programs.
Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, providing timely and actionable guidance to ensure compliance is seen as a strategic asset rather than a burden.
Mentor and develop compliance staff, emphasizing skills in communication, negotiation, and a strong understanding of compliance technology and innovative solutions. Support team members in their roles across consultation, investigation, education, and training.
Build trusted business partnerships by interpreting and applying compliance regulations in a pragmatic manner. Encourage creative, strategic thinking to provide solutions that allow for compliance while enabling business flexibility.
Maintain a strong understanding of the business context to proactively address compliance queries and foster collaboration across departments. Ensure compliance is embedded across all areas of the company, with a focus on proactive engagement.

- Extensive experience across a wide range of compliance and regulatory in pharmaceutical field.
