Job Title: Accountants & Finance Officer

Position Overview: We seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented senior accountant to join our finance team with experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll and budget planning.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IS/CF/BS) for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and optimize efficiency.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes (invoice processing, vendor payments, etc.) and process monthly payroll
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to maintain accurate financial records.
• Liaison with tax consultants and external auditors on behalf of the company.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Experience of online accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks or Xero) and proficient with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree (four year graduate) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CA or ACCA certification will be preferred.

Job Type:
• Full-time - Mon-Sat: 09:00 AM - 06:00 pm.
• This is strictly a work-from-site job with no remote work opportunity.
• Candidates should be able to commute reliably to the office on a daily basis.
• Only residents of Karachi will be considered for the interview.
