The Global Payroll Manager role is pivotal in administering and overseeing the payroll functions within a large international, not-for-profit organisation. This individual will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processes for a global workforce. You must have 2+ years experience with Workday Payroll system.

Description
- Global payroll operations. (Majority of: UK, Brazil, Germany, Colombia, Belgium. + Additional experience: Mexico, South Korea, South Africa, Kenya, Senegal, Jordan).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Develop systems (Workday) to process payroll account transactions (e.g. salaries, benefits, garnishments, deductions, taxes and third-party payments).
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) and Accounting teams.
- Prepare and submit reports on payroll operations to the Accounting & Finance department.
- Adhere to payroll policies and procedures and comply with relevant law.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
Profile
A successful 'Global Payroll Manager' should have:
- A degree in finance, business, or relevant field.
- Global payroll experience (as per above)
- Must have circa 2-3 years + experience of processing payroll in Workday!
- Individuals who can demonstrate longevity and progression in career history.
- A self-starter, motivated, key attention to detail, pragmatic and solutions focused
- Understanding of data confidentiality principles.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.
- Strong ethics, with the ability to manage confidential data.
