Our client is one renowned FMCG globally. Its products are in both domestic and foreign markets and have a unique reputation. They are looking for highly motivated colleagues who can collaborate with them, as they are building a global, lasting team.

Description

Reporting into the Finance director (also based in Shanghai), and working closely with the middle team.

Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Reviewing 5-year tax reports and documents for auditing including.
  • review tax filings
  • coordinate with shared service accounting (FFS) & local tax accountant - 报税.
  • collaborate with above stakeholders regarding periodic calendars.
• Cooperate with Taxation Bureau including.
  • Effectively track and assess key tax risks, including the risk of non-compliance, for China tax perspective

Profile

We are looking for a candidate with strong technical skills. You will ideally have 3years+ Audit experience with a couple of years in a leadership role. We are open to candidates from any industry but experience within FMCG would be highly favourable

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in law, accounting, auditing, finance, business administration etc.
• Knowledge of tax compliance, risk assessment, control activities, process management area.
• Good analytical capability and solid knowledge in tax area
• Industrial knowledge of FMCG and food market practice (preferred) and governance environment.
• Passionate, self-motivated and open minded
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills and collaboration attitude
• English as working language.
