Key responsibilities of Business Controller-

Business Control. - Work with Financial and Operational Team and focused on improving processes or control.

Financial Reporting. – Prepare and review various financial & MIS reports.

Financial Analysis. - By analyse financial data and trends, to identify areas of improvement, potential risks, and opportunities for growth.

Forecasting. - Forecast future investment or resource needs. manage and improve company organization's financial performance and direct company accounting operations.

Compliances- This includes understanding external reporting requirements, Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. ort.

Cost Control - Analyse and control costs to improve operational efficiency and profitability review and optimize cost structures across the organization. This includes accounts payable, purchasing, vendor management, treasury, financial reporting, and financial planning.

Cash Management- Cash Flow Management this includes forecasting cash flow needs, planning for needs in advance.

Budgeting. Develop and implement annual budget track its expenditures and ensure that it remains profitable.

Implementing Financial Policies & procedure - A Business Controller will be responsible for developing financial strategies and implementing policies to ensure the financial health of company.
