Description

As a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping financial processes and supporting decision-making at the executive level. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with project and commercial managers to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing insights through management information and financial analysis
  • Leading budget reviews, cost management, and financial reporting for various projects
  • Preparing quarterly project appraisals with variance analysis to budget and forecast
  • Supporting budget holders in identifying savings and optimizing outputs
  • Ensuring timely delivery of management accounts and meeting all reporting deadlines




Profile





  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a minimum of five years of post-qualified experience
  • Experience in finance business partnering, ideally within a complex or fast-paced industry
  • Strong financial reporting, analytical, and strategic planning skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive commercial outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in construction or a similar industry would be beneficial
