• A commercial bank is hiring a Financial Reporting and Control Manager

Your new role

• Oversee the financial control activities, including financial reporting, regulatory reporting and corporate accounting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop and implement financial control policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and financial goals.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial control professionals.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial reporting and control within the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in financial software and tools.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese Cantonese and English.
