The Senior FP&A Analyst will drive FP&A and business partnering by managing multiple P&L lines, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and serving as a financial controller. Description
- Collaborate closely with internal teams-management, finance, marketing, sales, and operations-as well as international teams.
- Oversee regular reporting, budget planning, and financial analysis to provide insights that drive business performance.
- Focus on streamlining and standardizing processes, with an emphasis on understanding cross-functional operations.
- Support leadership decision-making with logical, analytical thinking, even under tight deadlines and complex data scenarios.
- Contribute to projects requiring coordination with both local and global teams.
Profile
- Relevant finance experience within a multinational environment.
- Proficient in advanced Excel; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Fluent in Japanese with business-level English skills.
- CPA or Boki 2 certification and background in budget planning are desirable.
