Requirements:
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English (min. B2)
- 1 year experience in F&A, preferably in OTC domain
- Problem solving, result-oriented, eye to detail
- Customer orientation and proactive approach
- Good Excel knowledge
- Analytical skills
Responsibilities:
- Invoices processing
- Reporting activities
- Queries handling
- Ensuring compliance to SOP and all procedures
- Root-cause analysis and issues resolution for blocked items
- Identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities
- Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
- Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
- Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) creation and updates
