Requirements:
- Higher education (e.g. accounting/finance would be an asset)
- English & German language level on at least B2
- Experience in OtC domain - preferably collection
- Multitasking and eagerness to learn and develop
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Problem solving and judgement skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage collection activities in German language
- Responsible for managing and collection all the outstanding accounts receivables
- Contact clients and discuss their overdue payments
- Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress
- Initiating written/verbal communication to collect money
- Building relationship with external customers
- Maintaining and reconcile AR accounts
- Collaboration with client, customers other departments
