Your key responsibilities:
- Assist in strategy, restructuring advisory and commercial due diligence projects;
- Assist to carry out deep dive analysis of financial statement, business performance, business plan, financial projection/model, and other materials related to strategy projects;
- Support to prepare proposal, preliminary research for pitching deck, teaser, information memorandum;
- Support to perform market research and other particular research on target company and related industry;
- Build, review and validate financial projection and business plan upon certain strategy projects;
- Prepare presentation materials for use in client meetings;
- Interact with clients, potential investors and other key stakeholders.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor/ Master degree with business-related majors (finance, accounting, economics, business administration, computer science, business intelligence).
- Having less than 1 year of exeprience in management consulting, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, audit or any similar field at Big 4 and/or multinational companies, international organizations, big domestic corporations.
- Having professional qualifications such as CMA, CFA, ACCA, CPA Australia would be key advantages
- Logical, analytical and problem solving skills. Fast learner, team work.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and Vietnamese
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel). Programming/coding is a plus.
