DISCOVER THE ROLE
The Senior Payroll Executive assists the Manager and/or Assistant Manager in daily deliverables to provide excellent service to clients. They provide payroll information to management by researching and analyzing payroll data; preparing reports, submitting the reports to the client and are able to coach junior staff in the department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains relationship with clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of payroll data to the highest levels of accuracy and performed timely;
- Performs payroll and salary fluctuation analysis for key clients
- Query management with internal and external 3rd party stakeholders
- Assist Manager in preparing proposal for clients
- Supervises payroll executive, and reviews draft deliverables
- Assists Manager/AM to implement internal control procedures and train junior staff
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any related disciplines preferred;
- 3-4 years experience in professional firms or multinational companies
- At least 3 years of solid experience in payroll calculation
- Well-versed in local country employment ordinances, salary tax practices and pension and related ordinances
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skill set
- Good command of written and spoken English and Korean
- Pursuing or qualified in Local professional examinations
