Job Description

We are looking for a Perth based Senior Manager or Manager who is ready to take their career to the next level and join the Deal Advisory Tax team.

The Deal Advisory Tax team is a market leading, dynamic, fun team that works on the most significant transactions in the Australian market. Our clients cover the breadth of the market, including resources, private equity, infrastructure, property, financial services and everything in between. In particular we are growing our Perth practice. Be prepared to work on projects that make the front page of the news!

Your Opportunity

You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across Perth and our national practice. Your work will include:

  • Tax due diligence
  • Structuring, including advice on deal structures and fund structures
  • Transaction document review
  • Tax model reviews
  • Post-deal integration
  • Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
