This role is part of the global sustainability team, working closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders to assure supply chain and vendor code of ethics compliance.

Description

  • Work closely with key stakeholders to assure vendor code of ethics compliance.
  • Conduct assessment and training to ensure that the vendors are fully comply with the codes.
  • Monitor the vendors and region, escalate if any risks.
  • Timely communication with all internal stakeholder.
  • Maintain social compliance database.

Profile

  • Bachelor or above degree in sustainability, engineering, supply chain management or related majors.
  • Related experience in FMCG/retail
  • Able to travel (up to 70% of time)
  • Good English skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skill
