We are actively seeking a dynamic Head of Finance to provide strategic leadership and proficient management across all financial facets of a prestigious school in Southwark. This pivotal role will report directly to the School Business Manager and the Director of Operations & HR.

As Head of Finance, you will play a vital role in driving the school towards its overarching goals by making well-informed decisions that ensure operational efficiency and lay a robust foundation for future growth within the newly established federation. You will spearhead ongoing enhancements and optimisation across all financial operations and structures within the school. This will involve effective leadership and direction of the finance team, as well as collaboration with the Head of Premises and the Head of Kitchen.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant financial qualifications or boast a substantial track record of success in financial management. Strong leadership, managerial acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills are essential attributes for this role. While prior experience in financial management within the educational sector is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
