We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
Assist the PMO on project management to ensure the successful delivery of the China IFRS 17 project
Partner with the actuarial team and accounting & reporting team to deliver insightful and meaningful financial analysis on China IFRS 17 results, as well as the bridging analysis with Group IFRS 17 basis
Produce high-quality planning & forecasting of financial results, on both China and Group IFRS 17 basis
Enhance the controls, streamline and manage the China and Group IFRS 17 FP&A process
Enhance success by timely, regular, on-going effective communication with various Group/Local stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial, Economics, or a related field
8+ insurance financial/actuarial experience and solid knowledge in insurance products, business operations, accounting standards are required
Consulting experiences are preferred
Passing some CFA/CPA/Actuarial exams is preferred
Fast learning and strong analytical & problem solving skills are desired
Good at report writing and presentation materials (e.g. PPT) preparation
Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders
Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and changing priorities
Excellent team player, able to lead others into action, and with ability to work under minimal supervision
Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
Self-motivation.
