Description

  • Shape the firm's financials and guide key business decisions by preparing and monitoring the firm's budget, financial statements, and forecasts.
  • Partner with our service providers to ensure seamless annual audits, tax filings, and other essential activities.
  • Work closely with our portfolio companies and internal teams to gather and analyze portfolio's financial and operational data to drive our portfolio support strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver financial statements and other reports for investors and other stakeholders, providing critical insights on the firm's activities and the impact of our investments.
  • Lead our compliance efforts, ensuring we meet investor commitments and adhere to internal policies and relevant regulations.
  • Establish and implement effective policies and processes related to compliance and risk.
  • management (e.g. business continuity, cybersecurity and data protection, etc.).

Profile

  • ACCA and/or CFA Qualification
  • 5+ years of work experience in accounting and audit, with experience as an Accounting or Finance Manager/Assistant Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations and procedures
  • Experience in preparing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and external reports
  • Strong communication skills with advanced English proficiency (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
