ACCOUNT & FINANCE MANAGER

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Cashflow Forecast:

• Monitor and report Forecast vs Actual Cashflow

Manage Cashflow Update:

• Review and approve updated cashflow yearly

Manage Term/ Trade Facilities Application - Selection:

• Inform departments’ target to team and identify initiatives to support each departments’ target yearly
• Present potential facilities to management yearly

Manage Term/ Trade Facilities -Application :

• Make sure facilities applied obtain

Manage Trade Facilities – Letter of Credit/ Trust Receipt/ Banker Acceptance:

• Make sure that trade facilities process smoothly

Manage Financier Application - Selection:

• Identify potential financiers
• Develop a funding strategy
• Verify and make comparisons between financiers.
• Present potential financier to management

Manage Financier -Application :

• Communication with the financier
• Prepared draft agreement
• Make sure the financier applied to obtain

Manage Asset Valuation:

• Gather information
• Select the valuation method
• Calculate the value of assets
• Adjust for market condition
• Document the valuation

Manage Financial Model:

• Analyse financial data and identify the key variables
• Develop scenario
• Preparing assumptions based on forecast
• Update the Financial model
• Review the audit report and make confirm on Draft Audit Report

Manage New Services/ Income Stream:

• Determine the revenue stream
• Calculate direct and indirect costs involved
• Calculate profit margin
• Analyse the profit margin
• Conduct breakeven analysis
• Monitor and analyse financial performance

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Accounting software proficiency
• Leadership and team management abilities, as the role involves overseeing the finance team.
