Global A&P Junior Controller

The Global A&P Junior Controller will be responsible for supporting the Advertisement and Promotion Controlling team on the review of the process of Advertising Income (end to end process analysis, design, implementation and control to deliver improvements and efficiencies).

This role will assist in financial control and reporting activities on a global scale.

Description

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Support the Global A&P Controlling team on the A&P income budget and forecasting process.
• Analyze budget variances vs actuals and provide insights to management.

Financial Analysis

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
• Ensure all budgeted amounts are invoiced.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with commercial, IT, accounting, and other departments globally
• Participate in cross-functional projects regarding the A&P tool to drive process improvements. [
• Presentation of results to Commercial teams & Management

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Job is fully performed in English.
• 1-2 years experience in any of the following areas: Marketing Control, FP&A, Big 4 experience and/or Controlling
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment
• Strong team player

Job Offer

• Hybrid model: Work from home in the office 3 times a week + Work from home 2 times a week
• Flexibility: If necessary, in consultation with the team lead/manager, employees can choose to work longer on a certain day and then work for a shorter work day the next day.
