Your key responsibilities
In your role, you will act as the solution architect on client engagements, utilising your tax compliance, finance operations, and technology/data expertise to support clients with their tax requirements. You will serve as a liaison between Tax, Finance, Transformation, and IT teams within client organisations. Projects will include advising on tax aspects of ERP rollouts/upgrades, finance and organisational transformations (e.g., SSC/BPO), and managing compliance and tax data within client business processes. You will also assist with risk management initiatives related to tax authority interventions and provide guidance on building compliance and data processes for new tax obligations. Your responsibilities will focus on ensuring clients maximise the value and quality of their tax data.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should hold a CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualification, or a suitable qualification in technology or data science. Post-qualification industry experience would be advantageous. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting tax and broader finance aspects within major transformation initiatives, such as ERP implementations, Shared Service Centre projects, data projects, or efficiently addressing new tax compliance obligations.
