Your key responsibilities as a Senior Transfer Pricing Manager
In this role, you will guide clients on Singaporean and International Tax matters, focusing on Transfer Pricing strategies that align with the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and Singapore guidelines. Your responsibilities include advising on tax implications of inter-company transactions, conducting functional analyses, and preparing transfer pricing documentation. You will support with client projects, manage regional and global Transfer Pricing engagements, and oversee audits. Leading a team, you will support clients in developing compliant Transfer Pricing policies, identifying growth opportunities, and managing relationships across internal and external networks.
Requirements
Candidates should have a degree in Law, Finance, Tax, Accounting, or a related field, along with 5 to 10 years of Transfer Pricing experience, ideally in the Asia-Pacific or Europe regions within a professional services setting. Experience with Transfer Pricing for financial services clients or financial transactions is highly desirable, as is SCTP accreditation. Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills are essential, along with familiarity with OECD and Singapore TP guidelines. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin are preferred, as well as a track record of delivering projects on time.
