Your key responsibilities as the M&A Director

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in advising clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, having successfully led projects to completion. Experience with private companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity firms is essential. Candidates should be ACA/ACCA qualified (or hold an equivalent qualification) or have relevant work experience. Additionally, previous staff management or supervisory experience is required.
