Your key responsibilities as the Transfer Pricing Director
As a key contributor to the Tax strategic framework, you will collaborate with Partners on tax planning and complex tax matters. You'll keep Partners updated on new business opportunities and work to build your own network, actively pursuing new clients and cross-selling services. This role includes overseeing final client advice delivery, responding proactively to client needs, and ensuring consistent communication. You’ll also coach junior staff, develop innovative solutions to complex challenges, and leverage stakeholder relationships to drive results.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience and expertise in UK Transfer Pricing tax, including recent developments and complex tax issues. You should possess strong skills in Transfer Pricing implementation and Operational Transfer Pricing, alongside a proven ability to manage a profitable client portfolio and identify new service opportunities for clients. Experience in managing staff and engaging with senior client management and stakeholders is essential. The candidate should hold a relevant degree and be CTA and/or ACA qualified, or equivalent.
