Impact Statement
Global Credit Finance (GCF) Loan Operations provides operational support for several GCF products within Finance.
Loan Servicing Unit (LSU) Associate is needed to service credit facilities on the Bank’s loan accounting system(s), process related cash transfers and perform reconcilements/exception report reviews.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review transactional documentation and process principal, interest, and fee transactions on loan accounting system
- Initiate cash movements via internal transfer and Fed wire/SWIFT
- Reconcile general ledger/demand deposit accounts; document discrepancies timely
- Analyzing and researching items for resolution
- Processing transactions or resolving exceptions
- Handles Letters of Credit maintenance
- Manage Interest and fee logs
- Handling client queries on Life cycle event
- Identify and drive Process improvements and other initiatives.
Required Skills or Certifications
- Overall 2-4 years of experience in Loan Operations (Bilateral, Agented, and Non Agented)
- General understanding of accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
- Prior banking and/or lending knowledge beneficial
Success Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree or similar
- Candidate should possess Loan IQ experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary
- Must be detail-oriented with ability to perform general analysis of credit documentation
- Ability to work with others to accomplish tasks
- Strong focus on the customer experience
- Able to build strong, open & collaborative working relationships
- Should be comfortable with Bangalore location - 4 days WFO
- Should be open with all shifts (Including Night Shifts)
