Who we are looking for
Associate Vice President -Exchange Traded Derivatives to join our Fund Accounting team to focus on ETF Baskets and Recuts to lead and manage ETF Servicing. Your role will involve supporting the daily activity of client and broker ETF Order taking, order fulfilment, Basket Generation and its valuations by working with Reference Data, Pricing and Accounting teams to support key deliverables of DTCC/NSCC post reconciling against core controls

What you will be responsible for
We're seeking a talented Associate Vice President Exchange Traded Funds to join our Fund Accounting team this role will focus predominantly on ETF Baskets ad Recuts. This role is located in Bangalore India
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Process/Run The Bank and Change responsibility include but not limited to -
- Conducts accounting services on behalf of assigned clients and complex funds including determining net asset values, calculating fund performance, allocating expenses and preparing reports
- May lead work of junior team members for assigned client or funds
- Performs highly complex Fund/Client Accounting responsibilities in the areas of driving Service Improvement plans, targeting efficiencies, enhancing processes and specialist review functions.
- PCF file preparation, including reviewing the relevant component stocks, quantity and prices
- ETF creation and redemption order processing for primary market
- ETF creation and redemption settlement arrangement, both in cash and in kind
- ETF units settlement arrangement and relationship with AP's
- Handling AP inquiries related to the ETF creation / redemption orders
- CNS for ETFs as Index receipt agent
- ETF rebalancing handling
- ETF collateral processing and P&L calculation
People / Leadership responsibility include but not limited to -
- Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of regulatory, financial and management reporting
- Resolve exceptional problems
- Participate in the development of an effective client/location/service strategy for prospects and existing clients, i.e. presentations, proposals, regulatory and contract support
- Develop and implement process improvements; effectively manage change to ensure departmental objectives are met
- Account for the direction and training of subordinate managers and evaluate subordinate managerial performance

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters degree in accounting or the equivalent
- Seasoned player working on ETF and/or NAV/Alternative Investment Services(AIS), Custody & Complex Operations
- Technical know-how of Trade support -F2B Trade life cycle handling mutual funds/ETF/Asset Servicing/ Subscription & Redemptions including Cash management supporting NSCC/DTCC
