• University degree (finance, accounting, controlling, economics);
• Ability to identify business issues and opportunities through financial analysis and reporting;
• Very good knowledge of financial management and accounting topics;
• MS Excel proficiency;
• Fluent in English, strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent analytical and communication skills;
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision, highly organized

Your future role
The Finance Business Analyst will handle managerial accounting and oversee financial activities of the company. Will be accountable for accurate and timely financial management reporting and maintenance of a set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing financial data to identify cost saving opportunities
• Assist in the preparation of annual plan/budgets
• Execute Finance Month End Close processes in collaboration with finance support teams
• Manage financial forecast and provide recommendations for improvement
• Monitor and analyze variances, providing insights into reasons for discrepancies
• Creation and presentation of financial reports, assessing business performance
• Collaborate with other departments to understand financial needs and challenges
• Simulate financial scenarios to identify potential impact on business
• High focus on process improvements and adoption of latest technologies
