Who we are looking for
The Reporting and Issue Management Coordinator, Officer, will report directly to the Head of Corporate Audit (CA) Practices and work closely with the Audit Plan and Methodology Governance Lead. This role is responsible for coordinating all regulatory validation tollgates, tracking and reporting on the status of Corporate Audit Validation, and ensuring effective tollgate execution to help drive a leading practices internal audit function for a Global Systemically Important Bank in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. In addition to Audit Regulatory Validation coordination, this role will also assist with providing various adhoc reporting and performing follow up and coordination for Corporate Audit identified issues to ensure Corporate Audit identified issues progress through our Issue Management Process timely.

What you will be responsible for
As the Regulatory Validation Coordinator, Officer, you will:
- Track required tollgate dates and coordinate with various administrative assistance to setup tollgates with required attendees.
- Operate collaboratively with the Corporate Audit Designee to verify that the appropriate materials are provided in advance of the tollgates to facilitate and effective process.
- Attend tollgates, track action points, and summarize meeting minutes to the attendees after each tollgate.
- Coordinate and centralized all tollgate materials and other related Regulatory Validation documentation.
- Prepare periodic status updates / reporting for management.
- Maintain associated Standard Operating Procedures as the process evolves.
- Work collaboratively with the Audit Plan and Methodology Governance Lead to perform routine follow up for Corporate Audit identified issues to ensure timely progression through the issue management processes.
- Assist with Audit Report Issuance to the business and regulators.
- Other Professional Practices activities, as required.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in a related role with exposure to issue management, internal audit production, and/or Compliance methodology.
- Bachelor’s / University degree, preferable in finance, accounting, or related field.
- Knowledge of and experience with Regulatory Validation and Issue Management Standards a plus
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
