Why this role is important to us
Acting as Client Coordinator for the KIID/ PRIIPS department, you will oversee the team’s deliverables, and will contribute to vendor management, process improvements, general set up and scalability.
Role available and what you will be responsible for
As a KIID/ PRIIPS Client Coordinator, you will:
- Assist with project activities (i.e. implementation of regulatory changes, client on-boarding, system changes, milestone planning);
- Perform service oversight function over production hub for each component of KIID/ PRIIPS services: Ongoing charges, Transaction Costs, Risk and Performance, Typeset documents (main task) and Market Templates;
- Help to identify weaknesses in the workflows and come up with proposals for enhancements;
- Efficient communication with fund accounting groups, billing teams, and other areas where data is needed, clarification is required, procedures to be implemented and reinforced or deadlines at risk;
- Deal with and respond to client queries in a timely and efficient manner;
- Monitor team’s deliverables, accuracy, and timeliness in your daily work;
- Assist with Audits;
- Run and/ or attend internal services review calls.

- Good communication and writing skills as frequent client contact is part of the position;
- High ability to work independently and to identify priorities.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in business-related studies, or other disciplines in case of previous experience in general accounting or funds industry;
- Minimum 3- years of professional experience in financial services industry, preferably regulatory reporting;
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of French would be considered a valuable asset;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint skills are an advantage.
