Accounting Manager (AP, AR & GL) - Shared Services Centre

Responsible for overseeing full Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management (CM), and Accounts Receivables (AR) functions within the Shared Services Centre, ensuring efficient, standardized, and compliant financial operations.

Description

• Manage AP, AR, and CM activities, assisting with month-end tasks such as reconciliations and intercompany confirmations.
• Lead standardization efforts to improve productivity, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and audit compliance.
• Address and resolve queries from Group Treasury, banks, and auditors.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates to control activities for AP, CM, and AR, maintaining healthy reconciliations and escalations.
• Approve bank and journal entries; support team development and provide performance feedback.
• Support the budget, forecasting, and other projects.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience across AP, AR & GL, with 3+ years in audit preferred; ACCA/MACPA/ASCPA qualification.
• Strong IFRS knowledge, AP/AR/CM management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Able to speak, read & write Mandarin as the incumbent will be servicing the China region. (MUST HAVE)
• Proficiency in financial systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
• Proven analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
