Job Description
KPMG's Managed Services team offers comprehensive outsourcing solutions to a diverse range of clients. We provide expert guidance and support to ensure compliance with local regulations and international best practices. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service, and we are seeking a talented Corporate Secretarial Manager to join us in this endeavor.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Assess client needs, update them on regulatory changes, and resolve concerns.
Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals.
• Participate in client pitches and stay informed about industry trends.
Service Delivery and Technical Management:
• Oversee service delivery for Corporate Secretarial, Accounting, Bookkeeping, and Payroll services.
• Lead a professional team, ensuring compliance and timely filings.
• Provide technical advice and improve processes continuously.
People Management and Development:
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Conduct performance reviews and encourage a collaborative team culture.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure services comply with professional and legal standards.
• Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams.
Qualifications and Experience:
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in managed services.
• Proven business development and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualifications like CPA, ACCA, CA, or Chartered Secretary preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards.
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong business acumen and technical proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• High integrity and commitment to quality service.
