We delve into how our clients operate, identify their success factors, uncover where value lies, and ensure alignment with international tax regulations. As a Manager, you'll collaborate with a team of problem solvers who bring extensive consulting and industry experience to address complex business issues, from strategy to execution. Your role includes managing a portfolio of clients, leading technical projects, and contributing to business development activities.

What your days will look like
- Oversee a portfolio of clients and provide regular reports to Senior Managers and above.
- Lead the delivery of various technical projects, from initial planning stages to documentation and handling inquiries.
- Manage the financial aspects of client engagements.
- Participate actively in business development activities to identify and develop opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with specialists from our global network to achieve optimal client outcomes.
- Train, coach, and supervise junior team members to foster their development.
- Stay current with relevant regulatory and business issues.
- Build and maintain internal relationships while enhancing your PwC brand.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work and understand clients' businesses and professional standards.
- Maintain respectful and professional client relationships.
- Extensive experience advising multinational clients on transfer pricing.
- Additional experience in corporate tax or related international issues is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage client portfolios and projects, including all aspects of financial and risk management.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong internal and external networks.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to plan and execute work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and influencing.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to help team members improve and grow.
- Ability to promptly address issues while maintaining high professional standards.
- Must have an ACA/CTA qualification or international equivalent, or equivalent work experience, including relevant experience in your home country for international candidates.
