We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Business Analyst.

Business: Enterprise Technology

Principal responsibilities
  • Provide IT SME Support, resolve incidents and crisis situations
  • Ability to understand and follow Global IT, Risk and Compliance Procedures, Global Standards
  • Provide support to approved projects; potentially participate and/or lead efforts as required by the business (globally or regionally)
  • Assist up/down stream IT Pods , Financial Crime Detection, and the business with in-depth analysis of data quality challenges and propose solutions.
  • Motivated to work in a production and end-user support environment to bring developers and the business together
Requirements
  • Speak fluent English; excellent oral and written communication skills are a must.
  • Prior IT experience as a DBA, software engineer
  • Experience in PLSQL, SQL, Performance Tuning, shell scripting
  • Understanding of project life cycle, project management skills to proactively manage software/hardware ever-greening projects.
  • Experience in data management, service resilience, IT audit and governance, non-functional requirements (ITSA).
  • Strong coordination /communication skills, ability to provide documents/best practices.
  • Financial industry knowledge in the area of Payments, Transaction Monitoring, and/or Anti Money Laundering systems preferred.
