Description

  • Leading efforts to optimise financial performance and support strategic growth.
  • Upgrading and streamlining our financial systems to align with business expansion.
  • Overseeing daily financial operations, including cash flow management, forecasting, and international tax compliance (EU, US, AU).
  • Providing detailed financial reports and insights to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy for informed decision-making.
  • Partnering with the Managing Director and senior management to align financial planning with company strategies.
  • Leading negotiations on pricing and contracts from a financial perspective to ensure favorable terms.
  • Playing a crucial role in long-term business planning and financial strategy as Townsend Music expands globally.

Profile

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
  • Proven track record in leading finance teams and managing financial systems, particularly in fast-paced, commercial environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen, ideally with experience in e-commerce and global tax regulations.
  • Hands-on approach with a strategic mindset, capable of driving change and implementing robust financial processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
