As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial success across Southeast Asia, supporting the FP&A team spanning the SEA regions.

You'll be involved in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and partnering with businesses to achieve strategic goals.

Description

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (quarterly, annual) including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital analysis, and business highlights.
  • Analyze financial data, prepare reports (group submissions, flash results) and translate data into actionable insights for business strategy and process improvement.
  • Maintain and expand Excel budget models for overall company financials and forecasts.
  • Track KPIs, compare actual performance to budget/forecast, identify improvement areas and collaborate across teams to drive positive changes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to promote understanding of business performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and participate in special projects, providing timely and insightful recommendations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 3-4 years relevant experience, a background in data analytics/asset management will be beneficial in a smooth transition and quick grasp of the responsibilities.
  • Individuals who are analytical, proficient in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach, excelling in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana will be a valuable asset.
