The SAP Trainee Consultant is a beginner-level position designed for individuals looking to build their career in SAP consulting. In this role, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship to develop a deep understanding of SAP software and its applications across various business processes. You will work closely with senior consultants to support clients in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP solutions that optimize business performance. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, develop consulting skills, and gain exposure to real-world SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Skill Development:

Participate in structured training programs on SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Business One)
Gain foundational knowledge of SAP software, its architecture, and its applications across business functions such as finance, supply chain, and sales.
Develop expertise in specific SAP modules through hands-on experience, mentoring, and project-based learning.
Support in SAP Implementation Projects:

Assist senior consultants in the implementation of SAP solutions for clients, from planning and analysis to configuration and deployment.
Support the gathering of business requirements, document processes, and assist in creating functional specifications.
Help with testing SAP solutions to ensure they meet client requirements, including test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.
Configuration & Customization:

Learn and assist in configuring SAP systems in various functional areas according to client specifications.
Customize SAP solutions based on client-specific needs, using the tools and configuration options available in the SAP system.
Collaborate with team members to implement system enhancements and functionality based on client feedback and business requirements.
Client Interaction & Support:

Participate in client meetings and workshops to understand business processes and provide support to the senior consultants during client interactions.
Assist in preparing training materials and documentation for client users to ensure smooth system adoption.
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting issues, resolving queries, and assisting clients with system optimizations.
Learning & Development:

Continuously develop technical and functional knowledge in SAP by attending internal and external training programs, webinars, and workshops.
Learn about SAP’s latest offerings and updates, including new modules and features.
Stay informed about industry best practices, trends, and SAP methodologies (such as ASAP, Activate, etc.).
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other consultants, project managers, and technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
Collaborate in cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
Assist in knowledge sharing and contribute to the development of internal documentation and training materials.
Qualifications:

Education:

ACCA Qualified

Skills:

Basic understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, human resources, etc.).
Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant productivity tools.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
