German Speaker Financial Accountant

Join TCS as a Financial Accountant specializing in Record-to-Report (RTR) accounting. Contribute to our commitment to excellence on a dynamic team by doing some of these key responsibilities:

• Reconcile specific Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
• Prepare journal entries, maintain ledger accounts, and perform account reconciliations according to Accounting Policy.
• Analyze financial statements, monthly reports, and conduct margin trend analysis.
• Assist in audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
• Implement best practices to improve accounting processes.
• Solve complex problems independently, seeking guidance as needed.
• Handle daily transactions and resolve customer/Third Party queries.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures, ensuring quality deliverables.
• Timely communication of issues with internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Foster communication within the team and across TCS members.
• Attend weekly calls and maintain strong business relationships.

Skills and experience you have:

• 2 years of relevant RTR (accounting) experience.
• Graduate or equivalent in Finance and Accounting.
• Business fluency in German and English.
• Working experience with ERP is mandatory.
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel and PowerPoint).
