About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure regulation compliance, and provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making. This remote position allows you to work flexibly while contributing to our mission of excellence and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including general ledgers, balance sheets, and income statements.

  • Assist in developing annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, conducting audits as necessary.

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including variance analyses and financial summaries.

  • Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights that drive strategic decisions.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in financial operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a consulting or staffing environment.

  • Strong accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance knowledge.

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
