About the Team
Our National Audit Resource Team is responsible for the staffing of all the Audit bookings and making sure they are done at the right time by the right people.
Working closely with the Audit Managers is required along with regular contact with your Resource Team colleagues to make sure the department is highly utilised and the correct business decisions are made.
We pride ourselves on supporting the trainees throughout their training contracts by being their dedicated exam training contact.
About the job
Your primary role will be:
- Supporting the Regional Audit Co-ordinator in managing the staff planning for all our blue and red resource in the department using Retain
- Supporting the Regional Audit Co-ordinator with the Exam Training side of the role which links in to the above
- Being responsible for booking all internal training for the blue and red resource within the Audit Department
- Cover for other Administrators as and when required

- Having the ability to think outside the box is a requirement
- Being able to work in a fast paced team and meet deadlines when required
- Have good interpersonal communication skills
- You need to be highly organised and know when you prioritise your own workload

Hybrid working is available. This role is flexible on location, based on the offices noted.
