The PwC Fund Administration practice is looking to hire professionals eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment being part of a dynamic team where each member has the ability to develop both technical and relationship skills. Your mission: Working in a team, your role will encompass management and coordination of all areas of Fund Administration, Accounting, and Tax for a variety of complex alternative structures. Working closely with Directors and Partners, your responsibilities as a (Senior) Manager Fund Accounting (m/f/d) are to:

  • Be accountable for a portfolio of international clients investing in varied alternative asset classes following different GAAPs (IFRS, Lux GAAP, US GAAP, etc.) and industry-specific regulations. Your duties will include management of fund administration activities and maintenance of relationships with external stakeholders (banks, auditors), review and validation of fund accounting, Net Asset Value calculations, consolidations, management and investor reporting, coordination and review of the financial statements preparation process and tax compliance;
  • Act as a main contact for our clients continuously improving client relations and developing our business activities;
  • Organise and manage daily work of the engagement teams. Build close working relationships with other teams in our Accounting and Tax practice to create synergies, tailored solutions and provide the best value to our clients.

  • Participate in internal and external projects and initiatives;

Let’s talk about you. If you are/have...

  • A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline, from a university or higher education institution,
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Accounting, Audit, Fund Administration, Financial Reporting, or Consolidation preferably for alternative investment structures;
  • Motivated and eager to further develop various aspects of the accounting profession embracing digital transformation and new ways of working;
  • Interested in the hot topics and developments in the alternative investments world;
  • Knowledge of IFRS and/or Lux GAAP and/or US GAAP is required;
  • Knowledge of the consolidation principles will be considered as an asset;
  • Keen to work in young, fast-paced, and international teams;
  • Good people skills, you like to work as part of a team and you are eager to dive into a major project where your energy, analytical skills, discipline, and intellectual curiosity will drive success;
  • A strong aptitude for numbers and accuracy;
  • Strong organisational and managerial skills;
  • Responsible, flexible, and independent, and you can adapt to sudden changes in working patterns;
  • Knowledge of accounting softwares (e.g. Yardi), data and analytical tools (ETL, BI, Alteryx) will be considered as an asset;
  • Digital curiosity and interest in technology or languages (SQL, Python..) is welcome.
  • Highly proficient in English. Speaking French or German would be considered as an asset.
