We are looking for candidates who posses the following qualification & skill:
  • Educational Background: Graduates with an academic focus in, e.g. Finance / Accounting, Business Administration, Economical, Law);
  • Relevant Experience: Have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Tax Consulting or M&A;
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Very good analytical and organizational skills, strong team player;
  • Detail-oriented: highly organized and able to identify and juggle with priorities;
  • Professional Approach: Professional and pro-active approach to deliver high-quality work;
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills (Lithuanian and English);
  • Report-Writing Skills: Strong report-writing skills, including advanced use of MS Office tools.
Your future role
  • Support senior team members in daily tasks while engaging in simple and complex tax matters and providing tax consultancy;
  • Assuring, together with the rest of the team, client service delivery according to the Deloitte quality standards;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations;
  • Participate in due diligence to identify tax risks and opportunities;
  • Prepare the reports summarizing key tax findings and recommendations for M&A transactions;
  • Be a member of the greatest M&A team.
