Our client seeks a Tax Manager to join their team.    

You must be willing to relocate to the Isle of Man to apply

Role Profile:

Dealing with Tax compliance including all regulatory reporting and providing “guidance” relating to UK, IoM, Irish and BVI tax matters .


Key Responsibilities: 
UK IHT implications guidance to clients and Trustees
De-enveloping, liquidations and restructuring tax guidance
ATED returns
UK Corporation tax returns and liaison with HMRC
IOM Corporation tax returns and liaison with Income Tax
Economic substance returns-B.V.I
New business, Trigger events TECF preparation
CRS and FATCA reporting
CRS classification forms for opening accounts with financial institutions or to update details guidance.
Loan charge- appeals
VAT Compliance overview (advantageous)
Financial statements reviews (advantageous)
Leading, Managing and developing tax and accounting team
 
Requirements:  
Working in a similar role/environment is desirable having already obtained or working towards an industry recognised professional tax qualification.  VAT experience would be beneficial.
