About the job

  • Manage the annual business planning process, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with company goals.
  • Drive financial performance management, ensuring budgets, forecasts, and financial results meet company standards and targets.
  • Oversee FP&A activities, including variance analysis, scenario modeling, and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth expense management analysis to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for operational efficiency.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Skills and experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate planning, or finance performance management, preferably within the life insurance or broader financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
